An easy cache and dash at a local fisherman's parking area.
This easy to access year round spot is a State public fishing area. Fabius Brook along with the West Branch of the Tiougnnioga Creek meet just south of here and have eroded a very distinctive hill called The Hogsback. You can travel down Ridge Rd or Bardeen Rd to the south from RT80 to see this unique hill. The old farm at the end of the hill carries its namesake. This is just another spot in CNY that we would like to share with you.
