Geocache Description:

Shibuya, such a crowded city. Be careful not to be drowned.
When you loose yourself, you need to refresh yourself.

Here I introduce you several interesting points, you can call some of them "OASIS", in Shibuya where you can find the Cache!

1.Mitake Park N 35°39.695 E 139°42.211
If you are with your kid, you can enjoy at The Tokyo Metropolitan Children's Hall next to this park. There is also a smoking corner here where you can find so many adults are smoking.

2. Moyai Statue N 35°39.510 E 139°42.054
This statue is donated from Niijima Island, Tokyo in 1980. This plac
e is one of the famous waiting-spot with this funny statue!
You can easily realize this name Moyai comes from Moai statue. In addition, Moyai means "To cooperate" in Niijima Island diarect.

3. Kon-nou Hachiman Shrine N 35°39.438 E 139°42.412
The oldest wooden structure in Shibuya area. Once there was a Shibuya Castle and you can find one remain of stone. At spring season, you can enjoy a very rare "Kon-nou Cherry" in bloom.

4. Hachiko Statue N 35°39.540 E 139°42.003
Hachiko, the faithful dog, is one of the famous dog in Japan. After his master passed away, Hachiko had been waiting his master at the station til the end of his life. You can also find his grave with his master where you can Geocache "At Rest At His Master's Feet (GCMCTM)".

5. Nabeshima Shoto Park N 35°39.600 E 139°41.469
Tokyo has a few welling spot, and this is the place with water wheel. This area was Tokugawa daimyo's suburban residence at Edo period.

6. Kanze Noh Theatre N 35°39.711 E 139°41.622
If you are interestead in Japanese traditional art, this is the place to go. You can enjoy the "Noh" play which is one of the old Japanese theatrical art. All the actors in Noh-play are male, wearing special mask such as Chujo(describes "noble"), Koomote (young lady), Okina (aged), and Hannya(hatred and sadness of lady).

渋谷、いつ行っても混んでますし、息が詰まりますね。そんな時のために、ちょっと一息つけるところを紹介します。

1. 美竹公園  N 35°39.695  E 139°42.211
子供連れなら、ここの東京都自動会館はお薦めです。喫煙コーナーもありますので、一服したいお父さんにもお薦めです。

2. モヤイ像  N 35°39.510  E 139°42.054
新島から1980年に贈られたこの像は、新島の言葉で「友好」「協力」を意味する「モヤイ」と名付けられました。モアイではありませんよ。この「Big Face」をみて、一息ついてください。

3. 金王八幡神社  N 35°39.438  E 139°42.412
渋谷でもっとも古い木造建築です。昔ここに渋谷城があり、現在、渋谷城砦の石が残っています。春にはとても珍しい「金王桜」が咲き誇ります。

4. 忠犬ハチ公の像  N 35°39.540  E 139°42.003
ハチ公にまつわる心温まる話にホッと一息ついてください。ここにきたら、是非「At Rest At His Masters Feet (GCMCTM)」キャッシュも訪れてください。

5. 鍋島松濤公園  N 35°39.600  E 139°41.469
東京でも数少ない湧水池です。この辺りは、昔、紀州徳川家の下屋敷がありました。水車のゆったりとした動きに癒されてください。

6. 観世能楽堂  N 35°39.711  E 139°41.622
能に興味のある方なら来られたことがあるかもしれません。ゆったり能でも見ながら一息ついてください。

上記の1〜6までの中の一つに、キャッシュが置かれています。もちろん、全部廻ればそのどこかにあるのですが、ショートカットできるように写真「CachePoint」をつけました。ここに出てくる番号が、キャッシュの設置場所です。
