The above co-ordinates are for parking in a layby on the A41 near the Bucks/Oxon border.
The cache co-ordinates can be found in this Silly, badly written awful short story based very loosely on the Lord of the Rings:
....In Orthanc, Saruman pondered his next move, "If I've gone too far, and if I've destroyed any chance of it working, then we'll have to come up with a new plan".
Meanwhile, Frodo the hobbit worked up an appetite by moving stones to form a maze round his home in Hobbiton. "If we start with this one Sam, we'll be finished in no time"
At the same time, Gandalf was asking Theoden what size Rohan was, in case of an attack from an army with reeds instead of spears, "Sixty thousand acres" was Theodens response.
Aragorn said to Legolas "There's an inevitable outcome here, just as long as it works".....
That's it! Enjoy.
