This cache is located off of West Monument Creek Trail (713), in
the shadow of Blodgett Peak, and on top of a scary rocky outcrop.
It is a small log and pen only container located about twelve feet
North of the highest boulder, at an altitude of 7880 feet. At the
coordinates, you will find a flat stable area where you can take
your pack off, decompress, find the cache and start thinking about
your descent. There are a couple class 4 climbing moves required on
the easiest route. A novice climber may need a rope, harness and a
spotter. The terrain rating is based upon the inherent danger
involved with a mis-step. Remember to always keep three points of
contact!
