This is a multicache. The coordinates will tell you where to go for the second stage.

This is a area that is quite popular with the scuba divers. You may have to use stealth as the 1st stage is where the scuba divers can be found. At the second stage depending on how you attempt the cache there is a barbed wire fence. So do be careful.
