Located on a historical building in an alley. It's hidden in plain sight. Contains log book, pen, pencil,a few small trade items and two lottery tickets for the first to find. Be stealthy - watch for muggles and broken glass.
If you get time, stop in and check out the Makoshika dinosaur museum - it's on the dinosaur trail, it requires a small fee, but it is a great place for kids.
