How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

This cache is located near probably the prettiest spot in the park. Many people hold thier family reunions near this spot because of the little cabin and the pond.
You will be looking for a ammo can filled with trade items and a log book. Great stealth will be needed here quite often, as many get togethers are held here :)

The Homeplace Community Center is a beautiful park which is steep in history. It has wonderful indoor and outdoor facilities for family get-togethers or just to go and walk and relax.
Please be on the lookout for the wildlife! Elk and deer are regular visitors to this area. The evening Cacheslayer29 and I checked the coordiantes, there was a large buck in the back field grazing! Take your time and enjoy the area, as we also have two other caches on this property.

Permission was given by the wonderful and gracious grounds keeper to place these caches. He is very friendly, if you happen to see him, be sure to thank him for all his hard work. He and his helper do a magnificent job with the up keep around the area.
