Mimosa Recipe
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredient List for Mimosa Recipe:
A bottle of good quality champagne
1 quart of orange juice
Grand Marnier Orange Liqueur (optional)
Barware Needed:
Champagne Flutes or Tall Glassware
Instructions:
Step 1: Pre-Chill all ingredients.
Step 2: Fill each glass half full with ice and pour orange juice about 1/2 way up.
Step 3: Slowly pour in the champagne.
Step 4: Pour a splash of Grand Marnier Liqueur on top.
Step 5: Garnish with a slice of strawberry and serve these mimosas for breakfast or brunch.
If you are wondering about the ratio of champagne to orange juice, it is mostly based on your own personal tastes. You can do equal amounts of Champagne and orange juice or even as high as 1 part orange juice to 3 parts champagne, topped with a splash of Grand Marnier.
