A jewel in South Lakeland.
This 'geo letterbox' has been placed almost halfway between two traditional lakeland letterboxes (see google) on the moor beside a still and tranquil lakeland tarn. We've see deer here in the past, the odd fox and birds of all kinds.
The box contains a stamp, which uniquely is also a geocoin in its own right. PLEASE LEAVE THE STAMP / COIN IN PLACE.
Access to the Moor is possible from all directions, most readily from High Nibthwaite, Grisdale, Ickenthwaite or Stock.
The waypoints are for the route we used today to set the cahce which starts at a small car park alongside Coniston Water.
