Our second of two "fill in" caches between Jackman and Rockwood. Requires a short drive on a very good gravel logging road to get to the cache location at Demo Bridge. Please park off the road (there is plenty of space).
This should be a quick and interesting cache, especially if you have never visited the Moose River at this point.
These are the only bridges across the Moose River between Jackman and Rockwood. The snowmobile/atv bridge was built in 2006 and is one of the most impressive in the state. There used to be a dam just north of here at the outlet of Long Pond that backed the water up into Attean Lake.
The cache is a small Loc and Loc container. Original contents were log book, RR crossing key chain in honor of the railroad you have to cross to get here, our signature dog treat, and Elvin Plays Guitar TB. There isn't room for large items, but small trades, coins, etc. should be fine. Bring a pen or pencil and enjoy the cache!
