Schedule of Events
Prior to 12 noon - Show up early, don't
be obvious! Just mill around and pretend to be a muggle!
At High Noon - The Bucket O' Free Gifts will drop and the
music will start. Grab your free gift, open it and pull out the log
sheet. Sign it and place it in the box for the drawing!
12:01 PM - Mingle. Share stories. Brag. Trade swag. Take
pictures. Sign your log sheet, CITO the local area!
12:03 PM - GaCacheCows will tell us all about all the
physical caches they have found this year.
12:04 PM - AmyBlumensaadt will explain why she believes
micros are superior to all other cache types.
12:05 PM - TeamPEZ will explain how he is always at an
event cache on time and properly dressed.
12:06 PM - GA Cacher will finally answer the question
about his love of Pine Trees!
12:07 PM - Snacks will be passed around. Please pick up
your own trash!
12:09 PM - Names will be drawn for prizes!
12:12 PM - Group Photo Time! Everyone head over to the
photo area and get organized (sitting, squatting, standing, etc.)
QUICKLY!
12:13 PM - Group photo(s) is taken.
12:14 PM - One Minute Warning is Issued ("It is now
12:14!"). Get ready to leave, but don't "look" like you are
leaving. (You might want to "secretly" organize where you will
re-form after dispersal.)
12:15 PM: It's Over! Everything is picked up, boxed up
and trash is thrown away. EVERYONE BECOMES MUGGLES AND
SCRAMS!!! |
