Geocache Description:

This cache is placed in memory of Greydee 2000-2007.

On July 18, 2007, my little buddy, Greydee died. He was a great cat and put up with me for seven years. In all those years he always wanted to be in the same room with me. He was always at the door to greet me when I came home. We watched countless hours of TV together with him sleeping on me. He has been and will be sorely missed.

The cache has cat toys inside. Feel free to exchange toys however to not leave toys that will mildew or rot. Thanks!

NOTE: If you approach the cache via Cotton Brook Drive you will be crossing private property to get to the cache. The cache is just off the Jeff Wells Environmental Trail between South Park and Johnson Environmental Park. The greenway is easier to find if you start at South Park. It should be an easy find therefore no hint is given. The other end of the greenway is near Johnson Environmental Park. I have listed coordinates are listed for each trailhead.

There is a photo of Greydee inside the lid of the cache. Be sure to scratch his head -- he used to love that.

------- UPDATE 7/8/14 -------
The former cache site was destroyed when the city upgraded the trail to pavement and added a picnic table. The cache has been moved approximately 60'. This location is less hidden than the original cache. Please use care and return as found.

Beware of three leaf vegetation.
