In order to figure the coordinates for this cache you will need to write a 10 digit number, but not just any number. Here are the rules:
You need to write a 10 digit number using all digits 0-9 only once. The number needs to be written in alphabetical order from left to right. This said, the 0 would not be the first digit, but the last because it starts with a Z.
Once you get your 10 digit number, you will simply need to do a little addition or subtraction to get your coordinates.
For the North coordinates, add 302 to the last 3 digits of your number to get N43 51.nnn
For the West coordinates, subtract 223 from the first 3 digits of your number to get W092 29.www
Good luck. Bring a pen to sign the log. The log is inside Elmer, which is inside a camo'd pill bottle.
