Geocache Description:

One of Ms. Eclectic's meaning-of-life questions is, "Why Is There Anything?" We have put our answers in the log book. When you log your find of this cache, please log your answers, too.

The cache is a large camouflage-taped cylindrical lock-lock container placed along a portion of an abandoned rail line between Auburn and Blyth. There are several larger tradable items in the cache. Depending on the season, watch for hunters, ATVs, and/or snowmobiles.

Parking is at N43-45.539;W081-31.156 along Sandhill Line. Alternatively, if the roads are clear of mud and snow, you can park much closer to the cache at N43-45.843;W081-32.146, which shows up on the Google map as being at the end of the "L" at the bottom of Hardwood Line, just south of Auburn.

Please re-hide the cache carefully where it is. Thanks!

Winter Note: The cache is very likely to be drifted in if there is snow. The trail difficulty is about 3.5 or 4, and the hide difficulty is probably 4.5 or maybe 5 if there has been heavy drifting. Even if you go in on a snowmobile, you will probably not be able to find it.
