A Road Less Traveled Traditional Cache

This cache is placed near the end of an old woods road that crosses the Highlands Trail in Allamuchy Mountain State Park. Entrance to parking can be found at N40 55.002 W074 45.671. Pick up the trail at the North end of the field and continue to the intersection of the road at N40 55.177 W74 45.502. Hunting is permitted here. Please take proper precautions during the various seasons. No hunting is allowed on Sunday.
Follow the road toward the cache, ending at an overlook with a nice view of Waterloo Valley... bring lunch! You will be hiking through a very nice section of the park and this is a good alternate approach to GCD5CF and GC169B8. Along the way, you will also pass my GC1J8VF and GC162NZ. You're looking for a clear Lock & Lock container with internal dimensions of about 8Lx5.5Wx2.25D. Besides a logbook, pen, pencils and GeoCache notice, the original contents are: mini screwdriver set, electronic timer, glass butterfly paperweight, "Thank You" stamper, a couple of golf tees, frogs, bone pendants, a carabiner, skeleton and a FTF prize. Please take care to rehide the container well. There is no need to get too close to the edge... good luck, cache safe and have fun!
