This micro cache is located in Hangman Park Conservation Land behind the Highland Park neighborhood. Hangman Park is 300+ acres with a trail system for walking, running or mountain biking, and it is owned by the Spokane Parks Department. The cache is not far from a main trail.
The only public access of which I am aware is up on High Drive. You'll have to park on High Drive and follow a trail down to the cache area. Since the public access point isn't close, this one will take a while - bring a picnic.
If you try to access the park from a nearby neighborhood - like the one in which I live - it's likely you'll be confronted and told that you shouldn't access the park from the neighborhood. To my knowledge, there are no public access points in any neighborhood, although the park itself is a public park.
