This cache site is located in the 118 acre Brownell Preserve in Lewisboro,NY. Parking is available off Rte 138 at the end of Harriet Lane.
My class of fifth graders has expressed a real interest in learning about geocaching. Since we have learned about navigation, latitude and longitude in class and I always tell them about my weekends tramping through the woods it was only natural that they wanted to create a cache of their own.All the 5th grade classes in our school have a color to represent them. My class is the Green Team.All of the trinkets and goodies were collected by them and have been recycled for your caching reward.The site is for kids as well as Big Kids.
My students will be watching the logs to see how our cache is doing.
