GeoBob SquareCache Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Odyssey Posse: It is with great sadness that I hereby archive this cache. It appears that poor ol' GeoBob was washed away in the floods last month. Funny . . . you'd think a sponge would've withstood a flood if anyone could . . . oh well, it was fun while it lasted. I just wonder where it got swept off to. If you're ever around the park and run across a bright yellow ammo can, you'll know you've found GeoBob.

Geocache Description:

This one’s for all the youngsters (or youngsters at heart) who love SpongeBob SquarePants. This ammo can is hidden just off of Trail 3 in McCloud Nature Park, a very short hike from parking (if you drive past the Nature Center and park in the lower parking lot).

If you cache with kids, don’t miss this cache. Please just point them in the right direction and let them find the cache on their own. Resist the urge to beat them to the cache (you know who you are)!

The ammo can is stocked with SpongeBob goodies. Any trades are acceptable, but SpongeBob-related trades will be most appreciated. There are a variety of fun things in the cache, so enjoy!

It is imperative that you re-hide the cache as well as, if not better than, you found it. When you see the cache, you will understand. We would love to see photos of families enjoying the cache, so please feel free to post pictures with your logs.

This cache is right next to the trail, so please use caution and beware of muggles when visiting. Oh! And this park is open from dawn to dusk, so no night caching on this one.

Now get out there and find this cache and have the best day ever!
