BBC3 The Tiled Stream
How Geocaching Works
Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer
An unusual flat stone bedded stream with some great views to the mountains.
We always try to get to Craig y Fan Ddu at around sunrise, as the views are particularly spectacular then. The stream bed looks like it has been laid by a tiler. It is incredibly regular for something in such an untamed location. Blaen Caerfanell is one of three main streams that contribute to the waterfalls below, before flowing into the Talybont Reservoir.
