The First Annual Halifax Christmas Dessert Potluck is an opportunity for all Geocachers in the HRM and surrounding areas to gather together for a small Christmas party. There will be Door Prizes and Games to entertain all. Everyone is asked to bring a dessert to share.

TENTATIVE ITINERARY:
6:00-6:30 PM - Arrival , Sign-In and informal Meet and Greet time. Gathering and Arranging of Desserts brought in by participants.
6:30 PM - Offical Welcome by Event MC(TBD) and give away of the first Door Prize.
6:30 - 7:30 Chow Time - Everyone gets an opportunity to sample everyone elses favorite Dessert. Throughout this time, Games and Random Door Prize Draws will be
occur.
7:30 - Official Wrapup speech and thank you to Volunteers.
7:30 - 8:00 - Wind down time. people can do coin trades or sales as they wish. General Socialization time.
