Geocache Description:

A wart on the West side of Mt. McDonald

McDonald's Wart

I've been wanting to get up here to look for a benchmark and place a cache since the first time I hiked up Mt. McDonald and two new cache further up the mountian gave me the excuse to finally get here.
I didn't find the benchmark that I had hopped to find but I did get to place that cache.

You can follow roads all the way to the "Landing" which is about 200' from the cache.



To get back to the parking area we headed back to "Crossing 2" and headed down hill for 1.2 miles which took us to SE Courtney Rd & Kanasket-Kangley Rd where we then rode our bikes the 2 miles back to the parking area along Kanasket-Kangley Rd.
