Geocache Description:


This cache is located at Goose Crossing just along an access road off of North Main Street in East Peoria, Illinois. There is a small boat within a roped area. The cache is not on or near the boat. Please do not touch or go near the boat. Short grasslands surround the roped in area. The terrain is flat and grassy within fifty feet of the parking off the small access road.

It should be a short walk to a fairly simple find. You will need a pen or pencil to sign the log. You are searching for a traditional micro cache. The grass can get soggy after rain or snow. At times the river floods but it should be clear of the cache. Rain or snow could make the cache more difficult. Sometimes tweezers might be needed to retrieve the cache log. Therefore, please rehide the cache carefully.

The recommended parking is off to the side on the edge of the access road. Remember this road can be busy at times. Thanks.
