Everyman's Cache Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

hiking_fool: With the DNF, and changes to the area including lack of good parking, I thought this would be a good time to officially retire this one. It's a neat area with interesting trails so I hope someone can make use of it.

Geocache Description:

Just off the trail to Smokey's Stash. This WAS an Additional Logging Requirements (ALRs) cache where certain requirements had to be met before logging the cache.

Back when ALR caches were legal and I saw that they were becoming common, I thought I'd better jump in with my own. To log this cache you MUST have had to meet ALL the following (no longer true - April 2009):

1) You must have previously found a cache in Colorado that was placed on or after 7/2/2000;
2) The cache claimed in 1) must have at least one character from the following set: a-z, A-Z,0-9,!,@,#,$,%,^,&,*,(,),",',? ("Previously known as..." is acceptable.);
3) Your geocaching name must have at least one character from the list in 2).

You will be looking for a small ammo can a short distance off the trail.

The original suggested parking spot has been blocked off, so starting in Cascade may require some creativity. If another parking spot is found, one can proceed up the new Pyramid Mountain Rd to the start of the trail at N38 53.873 W104 57.611. (At this time - 5/31/12 - there are no signs prohibiting parking at that spot.)
