The town of Nocatee was quite a controversial undertaking. In fact, Nocatee was the "code word" used for the development while in the planning stages. When the plans were prematurely made public, the name took and now that's what the area is called. When completed, there will be 30,000 homes in the area. As the development progresses, it should open up some prime cache spots.
