Geocache Description:

Cape Henlopen State Park

This cache container was presented to us by Delaware Geocachers for our 500th find.

The cache is located in the backwoods of the park. Due to the tree cover, the cache accuracy might not be closer than 20 feet. Waterproof footwear should be worn during the rainy season. During the summer season, the area has lots of ticks, deer flies and mosquitos.

The cache is in a hunting area. Check www.destateparks.com for the hunting dates.

From March thru November 30th, the park fees are $4 for state residents and $8 for out of state visitors.
