Geocache Description:

Located in the Veteran’s Memorial Park, along the river. Cache is not at the listed coordinates. To get the cache coordinates you must solve the puzzle below.

It’s been a while since I’ve placed a puzzle cache; the last few caches were just regular hides. I decided it was time I got back to my roots (so to speak). Should be a fairly easy puzzle to solve.
