This cache is located in the mountains of Arita City.
The cache is located close to a shrine at the base of Mt. Kurokami. Follow the trail to a lookout that will give you an amazing view of Arita City. Please keep in mind that this area is considered sacred and respect should be shown while here. The cache is located just two steps off of the trail and is away from the shrine areas. Take some time to enjoy this very beautiful area. To get to the shrine use the following directions: Take Rt 35 through Arita until you get to Rt 257. Take a left when you get to N33 12.445 E129 55.623. Follow the road until it splits to the left at N33 12.656 E129 55.268. Take the right fork and follow it for several miles. When you get to the parking lot at N33 12.794 E129 54.285 park your vehicle and its time to walk. The trail head starts at N33 12.794 E129 54.285. Follow this trail to the cache coordinates.
