JagJeep: It appears as if this place has been remembered and a new purpose found for it. The location of this cache has been bulldozed and the cache container apparently distroyed and put in the trash.

You will be looking for a well hidden cache in an isolated patch of the campus of James Madison University.
As organizations increase in size and scope they develop all sorts of things and places. Some of those things and places are created for no clear purpose. Organizational members not only forget about these types of things, whenever possible, they even forget that the things ever existed. To find this cache, you may be visiting such a forgotten place on the fast growing campus of James Madison University. There must be some reason for the place, but no one is coming forward with an explanation. As the cache is on a university campus, parking will of course be difficult. Weekends and school holidays will be the easiest times to find a place to park. You may choose to park across from campus and walk a bit.
