Geocache Description:

A cache in a nice park in Shanghai. You can get there easily by metro (line 2). Get off the station "Shanghai Science & Technology Museum".
The coordinates above are NOT THE CACHE COORDINATES! This is a Mystery Cache, so you gotta solve the riddle to get the position...

THE PREHISTORY:

First of all, I have to tell a short story about the "evolutionary history" of this cache. I started up geocaching more than one year ago here in Shanghai, 'cause my boss in company recommended that kind of spare time activity to me. From then on, I was infected by this highly contagious "geocaching-virus" and used to go for some caches as soon as I had a little bit time beside my busy work.
By now, I found a lot of caches in China and Germany... however, every single cache, I found here in Shanghai, I searched together with FrauBian, who's one of my Chinese colleagues at work and good friend at the same time.
Since both of us are engineers, we decided to make a Mystery Cache with some calculations in the riddle. Fortunately, FrauBian kept me from putting my first ideas into practise... but now I think, the cache is easy enough and it can be by done everyone, who attended the math-classes up to grade six in school ;-)

HERE'S THE TASK:

The task is about two geocachers in Shanghai. The first one, a German engineer, is a person who enjoys the scenic view in the parks. For that reason, he's always taking his time. Since he's a really passionate engineer and likes to calculate all sorts of things even in his leisure time, he knows, his average speed is 3.0 km/h.
The other one, an American, is in Shanghai for a business trip. He's gonna stay for three days and he has a lot of meetings. This afternoon, he took himself a little bit time to go for the caches around his hotel. This guy, as you can imagine, is really in a hurry, because the parks are closing soon and he wants to find as much caches as possible to embellish his stats. He's an engineer as well and calculated in advance already, that he can find all the caches near his place until six o'clock, if he moves with a speed of 8.4 km/h.

Now, both of them are standing at the gate of the park and start moving. They follow the ideal route to pass by the two geocaches and return to the entrance. The distance amounts exactly 7.7 km. Let us assume both guys are likewise experienced and hence need the same time to find and log the caches: The first one is easy and takes 7 minutes, the second is more difficult and can be done by them in 17 minutes, however, the American guy needs to wait for 4 minutes, until some muggles are disappeared. Furthermore, the German guy eats an icecream on his way, which takes him another half hour.

Please calculate the TIME IN MINUTES needed by the German as well as the American guy to start at the gate, walk to the caches, log them and get back to the gate again.

The cache coordinates are:

N 31° 13.0(total time of the American in minutes)
E 121° 33.(total time of the German in minutes)
