Geocache Description:

The Bridge

As you enter the small township of Carpenters Rocks you would be forgiven for driving past one of the early links to this town. A quaint little Bridge rests in the overgrown scrub which was used for transportation of produce and timber across the outgoing estuary to the sea.

Information can be found of the Bridges history on a sign above bridge when you are there. If you are brave enough you can try and find the entrance to the bridges overpass through the overgrown foliage.

Be very careful during the warmer months as reptiles will inhabit this area as well, and be careful of where you park your car as no designated car parks exist ( just pull over on the side of the road ). We hope you enjoy the cache.
