Although I have no special reason for it, I’ve thought of placing a
cache here for quite some time. It’s just that I’ve never got
around to actually stopping and placing one. Until today. My
daughter, who started school this year, hasn’t gotten to go out
caching very much so she helped me on this today, her first day of
Christmas break. She also came up with the name.
Ten Commandments of Geocaching
I. Thou shalt have no other hobbies before geocaching.
II. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven avatar.
III. Thou shalt not take the name of Dave Ulmer in vain.
IV. Remember the caching day, to keep it holy.
V. Honor thy coordinates and thy waypoints.
VI. Thou shalt not kill the joy of other geocachers.
VII. Thou shalt not commit geocide.
VIII. Thou shalt not steal a cache.
IX. Thou shalt not bear false witness in thy neighbor’s cache
logs.
X. Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s GPSr.
