Geocache Description:

This is off the edge of the road and outside of government property. This is the only national monument in the state of Texas. Please recamo the cache. Down at the bottom of the hill is a visitor center and some nice bathrooms. It's hard to believe the lake used to reach all the way here. An old boat ramp still remains.
