Geocache Description:

Penlle'r Castell is an ancient settlement situated on Mynydd y Gwair near Ammanford. The settlement consists of the remains of small stone houses surrounded by a bank and ditch and probably dates from the Medieval period. Penlle'r Castell is also the end of the Gower Way walk and the final (50th) marker stone is not far from the cache. There are panoramic views from here and on a clear day the Brecon Beacons can be seen to the east.

There is just enough room to park a car or two on the side of the road at N 51 46.035 W003 56.235 (SN 66422 09399). The cache is approximately a 200 metre walk from here, although this can be a little boggy after rain.

This is our first cache hide on our own. Hope you enjoy it - any feedback will be appreciated.
