Geocache Description:

Probably should park across the street from the cache. You'll see why when you get there.

This is a place I've been wanting to place a cache since I found the nearby benchmark LC0379. You should try for that, too. It's about 100 yards down the abandoned track on the other side of the bridge over the Kickapoo. If I remember right, the bridge has a 1910 date inscribed on the side of it. but, it's fairly rough travel to the benchmark. Getting to this cache is only 2 or better for maybe 10 or 20 feet.

The railroad bridge over the Kickapoo nearby is really a neat old stone bridge and is probably best seen over the winter when the vegetation is at a minimum around it. A neat area. It's in a quart size tupperware type container.

Please return it as carefully as it is already placed since it's far enough away from home that I won't be able to check it but every couple weeks. This one would probably be a good one to bike to and check out on my site http://bicyclegpsing.googlepages.com when I get it more developed.
NOTE: Parking is not the best. Please don't park in area property owners drives, etc. CIGA Member Enjoy.
