Located near a path behind a city park. Playgrounds and plenty of open fields for kids and pets to run around on. Last part will be difficult for small children, but path is viewable from the cache and not very far.
This is our first geocache. I stumbled upon the trail one day while letting the kids play on the playground and it seemed like the ideal spot for our first geocache since it had all the characteristics of caches we enjoy, i.e., on a trail with playgrounds and picnic tables nearby for shade and a place to relax. Cache is a tackle box hidden from plain site to avoid accidental discovery.
