How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

This cache is located on the Severn Way footpath by the river Severn. Parking is available on the A38 at the Worcester end of Carrington bridge where a toposcope is placed to show the position of troops during the Battle of Worcester in 1651. This has recently been refurbished and is well worth a visit. From the viewing area you should follow the footpath marked the Severn Way down to the river. The path can be slippery when wet so please take care.

The cache is a small container and contains a log sheet & pen. You can easily reach this cache from the path, please ensure that you leave the cache covered up as this path is in regular use.

The cache is located above the path, it will not be damaged by flooding and you do not need to search "riverside".
