This is at the shooting range in Caliente.
Please retrieve this cache when no one is using the range. It will have a very short life if you don't watch for muggles. The area is deserted most of the time so it shouldn't be that much of an inconvenience to go get some of the other caches in town, fill-up with gas or grab a sandwich and come back a little later.
