No hills to speak of, just scratchy bushes and weeds.
This is my first cache and there is a story to it.
I was doing Debiko's Chamna series and was having some problems. It appeared that some caches had been muggled.
I contacted Debbie and she went to work to fix things up.
Well, it turns out that she ended up fixing one cache that wasn't broke! (along with a couple that actually were missing). I contacted here again and she said that I could keep the old cache if I could find it again (which was easy enough because I was the last person to find it, but it was in the wrong place when I found it and when I re-hid it).
So to wrap it up, this is that cache. Hence the name Phoenix because it has risen from the ashes. I tagged the name "River" in front both because it is by the river and also in honor of the actor who shares this name and died at a young age.
