LADD's ADDITION.
Nice neighborhood, cute mini-parks, interesting alleyways, cool city planning and history (click on "User's Web Page" up near the difficulty ratings & click on the images below, just above the logs).
There are 4 small diamond-shaped parks surrounding, at cardinal points, the larger circular park in the center. There is a clue at or near each of the 4 diamonds which will give the final location of the hidden cache somewhere in the center park.
The initial coordinates are for the NORTH diamond. Once here, look for a house so ostentatious that its porch has a balcony. What is the street number of this house? [Checksum of all 4 individual numbers added together is 17]
Now go to the WEST diamond. Find the sanctuary of "I Am". What is the street number of this church? [Checksum of all 4 individual numbers added together is 12]
Now go to the SOUTH diamond. Find the plaque that says "Roses are the essence of life." What is the number on this plaque? [Checksum of all 4 individual numbers added together is 25]
Now go to the EAST diamond. Find a smiling sun face above a front door. What is the street number of its home? [Checksum of all 4 individual numbers added together is 12]
Add the north/balcony number to the south/plaque number.
Add this sum to the following coordinates' minutes for the correct North coordinate of the cache's location:

Add the west/sanctuary number to the east/sun number.
Add this sum to the following coordinates' minutes for the correct West coordinate of the cache's location:
122 35.107
