The countryside above Ninemile Creek in Marcellus Falls, NY. Easy to get to at the intersection of two country roads. Bring your own writing utensil!
The cache, which, yes, was my FIRST, is above what is locally known as the Gorge Rd in Marcellus NY, a beautiful hilly area best known for fishing in Ninemile Creek. One country road takes Geocachers off the Gorge Rd (Rt 174) into the hills above the creek. The cache is at another intersection not far ahead. Enjoy the scenery. Update 3/20/25: For some clarification,the cache name comes from its placement at a Yield sign that is no longer there. Sign has changed, but the name remains the same.
