Co ordinates above are for a parking area with space for two cars. there is more parking possible a short way along toward Combe Hay.
From the parking proceeed along the path past the 'Dead locks' to
N 51 20.703 W002 22.271 .
This flight of locks on your left were once part of the
'Somersetshire Coal Canal'(section called 'The Bull nose')
where you need to find the grid reference for the 'Centre of the site' (Ignore the 'ST') which gives you ABDCEF
Substitute the bracketed contents of
N51 20.(A-D)(A+D)(F+D-E))
W002 22.(C-B-D)(D)(C+D-B) to find the Cache. Cache is a small Lock type box with space for small swaps only
Path can be muddy in places and there are two stiles and a stream to negotiate (Stepping stones provided!) so unfortunately not too good for pushcahirs etc.
Please ensure the cache is secure and well hidden when you leave
If you find oddities in the clue please do not mention it in your log
Contents when placed:
Small Carabiner Torch
USB Memory stick and neck cord
