This cache is located very near "Charlottetown Park".Who knew we had a Charlottetown Park here in our beautiful city?? No idea behind the name. Does anyone know?? It is a nice little park located behind Cosmo Civic Centre in Confederation Park---hence the name??
At the West end of the park the city is building a resevoir/holding tank for storm flood control. The area has had several bad floods over the years.We were unlucky enough to be part of one Years ago.
We had a Christmas Day cache (See GC18434 nearby)and felt we should get 2008 started with one as well.
