Due to concerns voiced by local residents at the planning stage of the project,
there are no car parking spaces at the woods and parking is not permitted on Hall Lane.
Please park at "Clockface Country Park" car park, N 53° 25.100 W 002° 42.050, Waypoint supplied.
Take a nice walk through "Clock Face Country Park" and "Maypole Woods" to join Hall Lane.
Then follow your arrow...
For the last 12 months or so, my wife and kids have been active members of
"The Friends of Grifin Wood" and spent time digging ponds, sowing seeds
and planting trees, 17,000 have been planted in total.
On New Years Day we went for a stomp around the project with friends, mainly to blow the
Christmas cobwebs away, but I managed to drop off a plastic box for you lot to find.
