Recently re-landscaped into a lovely flowing stream, this water-race runs between QE II Drive and a local golf course. An opportunity for a new cache could not be resisted!
It's easily accessible by foot or bicycle. You may want to keep hold of kids as there is water about and we saw quite a few fishes in the stream too (more like whitebait than fish!).
This is a small and simple cache. You are looking for a 600ml container, painted Green.
There will be muggles (water is irresistable to small boys and girls!), so be careful.
Cache contained, when placed:
1 small yellow duck
2 small coloured frogs
1 plastic spider (glow in the dark!)
1 sticky notes pad
2 collectable spoons
1 coloured stone
Please be careful when removing and replacing this cache and make sure it is out of sight as there are usually youngish muggles playing around this area. Thanks
If you're of a mind, please consider taking a plastic bag and collecting any rubbish that will inevitably accumulate along this waterway.
