Scouts like to hike and this one is located just off the Tar River Trail. A Lock N Lock with Scout related items. Should not be too difficult to find. Please rehide as you find it, or better, in order for the next person to have an experience.
The Tar River District is one of the districts in the East Carolina Council, Boy Scouts of America, headquartered in Kinston, NC. The district takes it's name from the Tar River that flows through the middle of the district.
