A short walk from the road will take you this cache. Can be a bit mushy in spots if you attempt this one after a rain.
This cache replaces Overlooks which disappeared and it too overlooks the flooded area that use to be Riverside Apartments. This area was flooded by Hurricane Floyd in 1999 and the Rocky Mount Police and Fire Department went door to door that night rescuing people. I had a friend who lived here and he had fallen asleep watching TV and was awakened when he knocked the remote off the arm of the chair and it went kersplash into a foot of water. He immediately grabbed his pet and got out.
This is a small camo lock n lock. Please rehide as you found it, or better, so the next person can enjoy an experience of locating a cache.
