The park is the South Arlington Nature Preserve. Hours are sunup to sunset.Take Bowman Springs off of I-20 and park in front of the park gate and walk around the end of the fence.
No bikes, no horses. or motor vehicles.
This is a great park for Geocaching.No people,good places to hide,nice trails,bushwacking and a beautiful overlook.More people need to come out here.
I have wanted to put a cache in this park for a long time.

People liked my other Petscache, so I thought I would try it again. The cache is an ammo box filled with pet and animal related items. Stuffed animals, dog collar, water bowl and some other stuff. Like my other cache I will keep it stocked with new stuff from time to time.
To avoid some bushwacking, take the road/trail up until you come to the trail that goes right. After you find the cache go to the top of the trail and check the great scenic overlook. Be sure to check out the other caches in this park also.
FTF Prize is a magnetic cache container and a flashlight.
