The cache is not at the posted coords. Those are for parking. To find the actual cache location, you’re going to have to do some more urban art appreciation.

During your hunt for this one you will see more examples of Aliant's Outside Plant Cabinets and HRM's Traffic Control Units.
To get the coords for the cache, simply drive by the reference points and note the main subject of each painting. Look at the pictures. Match the main subject of each painting to the following descriptions to determine the cache coords:
- Duck = 1
- Picket Fenced Path = 9
- Water and Rocks = 8
- Black Forest = 0
- Battleship Grey = 2
- Yellow Bird = 5
Cache is located at N44 36.ABC W063 37.DEF
For example: if Painting "A" is a 'Duck' (it isn't) then A=1

I suggest you do some homework before heading out to determine the easiest order in which to drive by the reference points.
Also strongly suggest you bring a passenger along to operate the GPSr and record each waypoint so you can concentrate on your driving. Please don't geocache and drive!
If your GPSr has a Route feature, this could be a good time to use it.
Cache is an ammo can located less than 500 meters from the parking location. A 50 meter minor bushwhack will be required after leaving the main trail. While the cache itself is winter friendly, the trail may not be.
