Great Ashby is a new housing development that has been built in the last few years on green belt land at the North-East corner of Stevenage. The cache is named after this area because it is close to it although Stevenage can hardly be seen from the cache location.
The cache is a small (0.45L) locking plastic container. The container itself is only lightly camouflaged and the hiding place means that it could be visible from the adjacent footpath. Please make sure that you hide it properly before you leave.
For parking there is the car park for Great Ashby District Park at N 51 55.572 W 000 9.522 (although this is closed at 5pm according to the sign at the entrance). Other parking is available in the many residential roads around Great Ashby.
