A cache in the leash-free zone in Margaret Greene Park.
A nice easy cache in a relatively quiet park in Guelph's West End. Margaret Greene park also offers tennis courts, a cricket pitch, soccer fields, softball diamonds, and a playground at the very east end of the park.
There are several access points for the park along Westwood Road as well as Ferman Drive. Access from the Paisley Road area is NOT recommended due to the railroad tracks. Recommended parking is the maintained lot on Westwood by the cricket club building.
Whether your companion goes by the name Arnold Ziffel or Lassie, they can enjoy a little romp while you "ferret out" the cache. There are several short trails criss-crossing the leash free zone so enjoy a short walk while you are here.
Cache is a few meters off the trail.
